Various Artists: Songs of Scotland (1981)

Various Artists: Songs of Scotland (1981)

An odd one this. Published in 1981 by the 1314 Club of Dundee, a branch of the Scottish Nationalist Party, in aid of medical research, it featured three musical acts. Craven were Arthur Dryden (vocals, guitar) and Ian Dryden (vocals, 12-string guitar); Killiecrankie were George Boag (vocals, 12-string guitar) and Tom Berry (bass, guitar, keyboards, strings, vocals); the second side of this EP featured Elizabeth (Elizabeth Berry, vocals) with two bizarre tracks. I haven't come across any of these artists in other circumstances.
